Nomination Form for the 11 & Under 2025 Frank Sedgman Cup Teams.
Players must be 11 or under as at 31 July 2025
This event is being played at Traralgon on the weekend of the 20th & 21st of July. (last weekend of school holidays).
Players must have played at least 6 matches in the association for which you are nominating in the last 12 months.
Nominations close on Tuesday 17 June 2025 at 5.00pm
