ALL MATCHES COMMENCE AT 8.30AM. COURTS TO BE OPENED BY 8.15AM
No photos/videos to be taken on the courts or during play.
If a player is found to have played out of order by the Committee the set(s) will be awarded
to the oppsition.
Score Sheets and GOOD used balls to be supplied by each team.
You may have more than 2 courts. You must use the correct score sheet, i.e. MDJTA
Score Sheet MUST be filled in with all names – including surnames prior to commencement
of match.

There cannot be a draw in finals. Any combination can play, not necessarily a pair that
has already played.
Boys Sections 1 to 10 inclusive play one doubles, 6 game set, tiebreak at 6-all.
Girls Section 1 – 4 inclusive play one doubles, 6 game set, tiebreak at 6-all.
Greenball 1-2 play one doubles, 6 game set, tiebreak at 6 all

To be eligible to play in the finals, players must have played at least 4 matches during the
current season with 3 matches played prior to the last 3 matches with that team, or a
lower graded team in their Club unless special permission has been granted.

NO INTERFERENCE FROM OUTSIDE THE COURT AREA WILL BE TOLERATED.
NO PARENTS/PLAYERS TO SIT ON COURTS DURING MATCHES
TROPHY PRESENTATION AT DENDY PARK IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING COMPLETION
OF MATCHES.

Prior to arriving at DENDY PARK for presentations, teams are required to SMS Grand Final
score sheet to Lyn on 0412 403 241
Trophies and awards will be presented as teams arrive.

TROPHIES – 5 trophies for each team will be available. Additional trohies can be
ordered and collected on the day – where possible.
